
On July 18, 2025, NETIZEN Co., Ltd. organized a staff development workshop at Mercure Rayong Lomtalay Villas & Resort, led by the NETIZEN Academy—an internal team dedicated to driving the company’s human capital development strategy.
This workshop focused on practical application of the NETIZEN Competency Framework, a key tool designed to support honest and constructive self-assessment. Employees from various departments participated in evaluating their own skillsets, identifying their strengths, capabilities, and areas for future growth.

The workshop was designed with three core goals in mind :

- To bridge skill development — both hard and soft — with the organization’s long-term growth, ensuring that talent strategy aligns with business direction.
By the end of the workshop, employees had the opportunity to seriously reflect on their roles and identify action plans for growing both their hard skills and soft skills — key elements for effective teamwork and long-term success.
This wasn’t just a training session. It marked the beginning of a deeper, more purposeful understanding of oneself — a foundation for real, lasting growth at every level of the organization.
