SAP FICO Support
SAP FICO Support will be responsible for support customer incidents for both FICO area. Analyze customer issues / problems / requirements and provide the appropriate solution for customer in the proper time.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ability to diagnose customer application system-related incidents and take correct for the immediate resolution; escalate to the center for first level resolution in area of SAP FICO.
2. Advising and troubleshooting in order to provide satisfy support to users and ensuring effectively work process.
3. Assist implementation (Training Phase) and support after implementation in responsible area.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. (Accounting would be an advantage).
2. Minimum 1 year experience in SAP Help Desk Support or enroll in SAP FICO implementation project as a FICO functional consultant.
3. Good Understand in SAP FICO and the integration with Logistic Module.
4. Good command of English at intermediate level.
5. Basic ABAP programming would be an advantage.
6. Good communication skills, service mind , good team player , problem solving and logical thinking.
7. Able to work under pressure and tension.
