BOT's Innovated with TGI's Webflow Approval System

On January 22, 2008, Business Solution Delivery Office 2, Information Group, Bank of Thailand (BOT) has visited Thai Glass Industries Public Company Limited (TGI) to observe TGI's Webflow Approval system.

BOT has been using SAP system to approve their PR/PO and now they are looking to implement an automate system for their procurement process. BOT is hoping to minimize paper based documents, maximize efficiency and accuracy, as well as, increase level of security.

Bank of Thailand has visited TGI on January 22, 2008.

Bank of Thailand has learned of TGI 's PR/PO Webflow Approval system which help TGI improve their procurement processes.

"After one year, users have a very well satisfaction on overall system functionality and performance. Presently, our PR process is 100% paperless. The system also provides extra information which help in decision making of PR/PO approval. Users can also review their documents as well as stock on hand through a web browser." said TGI.
